Achievements

 

The principal purpose of Friends of Mary Cairncross Association is the

protection and the enchancement of the natural environment of the Mary

Cairncross Scenic Reserve. This includes the dissemination of information, the

 provision of education, and the carrying out of research.  The following are

 some of the recent completed projects Friends of Mary Cairncross Association

 have achieved in supporting the Mary Cairncross Scenic Reserve.  The

recovery of Grants and donations enables the Association to fund many

 projects in the Reserve and Education Centre..

*   Office and audio equipment

*   Big Screen TV

*   Richmond Birdwing Butterfly Signage

*   Coxen's Fig Parrot recording monitor

*   Diorama Sculptures

*   Assistance to Volunteer's travel expenses

*   Fungi survey and booklet
